Santa Felisa

We’re excited to introduce our newest single-origin release: Santa Felisa, a Guatemalan natural processed coffee from the highlands of Acatenango, Chimaltenango, Guatemala. Roasted light to highlight the vibrant character of the bean and the sweetness of the natural process.

Our light roast preserves the coffee’s delicate aromatics and layered flavors. In the cup, expect notes of ripe guava, nougat, and strawberry, balanced by a soft, honey-like sweetness and a silky body. The finish is bright yet smooth, with a lingering fruit character that makes every sip memorable.

This coffee shines in pour-over, drip, or espresso, revealing different dimensions depending on the brew method—bright and juicy as a filter coffee, or rich and jam-like when pulled as espresso.
